I decided on my spare time to try some new technics on this shot like 2.5 D Lightning. The idea was to find a different approach to simulate Global Illumination. I could maintain the render times very low and have a great flexibility in compositing to adjust lighning in real time ( at least at close as shake allowed me realtime ). The model is the one provided with Xsi.

In this commercial we acces to a motion control rig. Unfortunetly the shot chosen by the director wasn't recorded so we didn't have the cleanplate. So I needed to track the camera and by a projection on a CG ground I could remove the actor and recreate the grass on the background.
